Shipping policy

If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address, shipping & handling fees apply. This includes errors in the product(s) selected. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow 48 hours for re-processing. Once our tracking system shows that your package has been delivered we are not responsible for items stolen from the location of delivery or misplaced by the courier. It is up to the customer to reach out to the post office and sort out the parcel location.

Oops! I ordered the wrong item-
Please notify My Brand Lashes within 5 days to exchange your items. Orders over 5 days old are non refundable and non-exchangeable. Return shipping fees will apply. Once we inspect the items and they are damage free we will send out the correct item. No exchanges will be accepted without pre authorization. All items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
